A founding partner of the firm, and a chartered accountant since 1988.  

His primary areas of expertise include tax and corporate consulting for SMEs and businesses, with particular emphasis on extraordinary mergers, acquisitions, demergers and contributions.  He has considerable experience in insolvency proceedings and business valuation, having undertaken roles as a bankruptcy trustee and expert witness for the Court of Milan since 1991.
 

Due to his specific expertise, he also holds positions as an auditor and member of supervisory bodies in companies and multinational corporations, especially in the appliances and real estate development sectors.  He also serves as an arbitrator, both as President and member of arbitration panels, participating in specific and administrative arbitrations. 

He is an active speaker at conferences and seminars on international arbitration.
