A founding partner of the firm, and a chartered accountant since 1991.  

His primary focus is tax and corporate consulting as well as corporate finance. He covers management control issues, and extraordinary management operations for companies. 

Thanks to his extensive experience in corporate restructuring, he serves as an advisor and expert in financial recovery plans, debt restructuring agreements, and composition with creditors. Additionally, he serves as a member of the board of auditors and statutory auditor of firms, including large publicly listed companies, in the industrial and service sectors. 

He has chaired the Study Commission on Corporate Law and the Committee for the Protection and Enhancement of the Profession at the Association of Chartered Accountants of Monza and Brianza.
