In quality of partner since 2022, he assists a national and international clientele of companies and groups in tax and corporate matters, particularly in relation to aspects of extraordinary finance operations and tax planning.  

He has gained significant experience in the field of holding companies, and deals with the taxation of financial instruments and reorganisation of family assets, including succession planning.  

He is responsible for complex tax audits, both in the pre-litigation phase and in representing clients in tax court proceedings.
