A partner of the firm since 2009, he handles all areas linked to corporate consulting for businesses, including operations of an extraordinary nature.  

His areas of expertise include corporate and group taxation, the preparation of valuation reports, and management control. 

He assists Italian clients – both businesses and individuals – with complex tax audits, whether in the pre-litigation phase or in representing clients in tax court proceedings. In addition, he provides assistance and consultancy in loss-making companies, both in the context of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, where he works alongside businesses as an advisor. He serves as an auditor and board member in a number of Italian companies.
