Andrea has been a partner since 2021, having first begun working with the firm in 2014.

He assists Italian SMEs and prominent international corporate entities in managing and resolving complex issues through tax and corporate law consulting. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and in drafting valuation reports. 

He also manages internationalisation projects, with particular emphasis on the United Arab Emirates, as well as business plan development and management of control aspects.
In addition, he handles tax litigation, provides tax advice on income generated abroad and works in the cryptocurrency sector.
