In the ordinary course of business, we oversee drafting of financial statements in accordance with both national and international accounting standards. We also draft articles of association, shareholder agreements and company minutes.
 We are company bookkeepers, and we ensure that all Business Registry and Chamber of Commerce obligations are met.

We serve as auditors and members of supervisory bodies, including for multinational and listed companies.

 We monitor opportunities by listening to our clients’ needs, in order to ensure the strategic solutions we deliver are effective and efficient.

We provide every client with the expertise and experience gained in more than 30 years in the business. This allows us to carry out operations involving contributions, transfers of companies and business branches, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, joint ventures, reorganisations, creation of earmarked assets, stock option plans, management contracts for key people, extraordinary finance and project financing.
 We also play an active role in drafting notary deeds, assisting notaries in finding the right solution for clients, and ensuring they are put into practice in the deeds themselves. 

We offer due diligence and company and trademark valuation services.  We draft investment and acquisition contracts, including in interest acquisition operations by investment funds and third-party financiers, delivering assistance during the delicate negotiation phase.  

Our support includes contractual assistance, particularly for share transfer agreements, not only in drafting the deed itself, but also acting as intermediaries authorised by law to enter digitally signed deeds in the Business Register. 

We have extensive experience in generational handovers, family agreements, trusts, group reorganisations, and in identifying solutions for resolving shareholder disputes.
